1. GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Impact Academies & Camps, operated by V&O Tech Academy LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling a student or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. ADMISSION
Admission is subject to availability, suitability of the student, and completion of enrolment documentation. A place is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Registration fee: €55 (non-refundable).
3. FEES & PAYMENTS
All fees are payable in Euro (€). Payments are made via Stripe (credit/debit card) or by bank transfer where offered.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
In accordance with EU and Irish consumer law, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the start date. Refunds exclude lessons already delivered.
5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
After the cooling-off period, cancellation requires 14 days’ written notice prior to the next payment date. No refunds are issued for lessons already provided or missed.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & LATE FEES
Subscriptions are recurring. Late payments may incur a €20 late fee per month. Access may be suspended for non-payment.
7. ONLINE SESSIONS
Students are responsible for having suitable equipment and a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control.
8. AUTHORITY, SUSPENSION & EXPULSION
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any student whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, without refund of fees paid.
9. TRIAL LESSONS
One free trial lesson is available per child aged 5–17. Additional trial lessons are charged at €25.
10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING
By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to photography or video recording for marketing purposes. Consent may be withdrawn in writing at any time.
11. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (Ireland).
12. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Irish law. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
